1 Video coaching
SWICA customers benefit from special conditions and are also supported by the COMPLETA FORTE supplementary insurance with 90% of the costs, up to a maximum of CHF 500 per calendar year. COMPLETA PRAEVENTA covers an additional 50% of the costs up to CHF 500 per calendar year. OPTIMA supplementary insurance covers 90% of the additional costs, up to a maximum of CHF 300 per calendar year. This can result in prevention contributions of up to CHF 1,300 per year.

Personal Health Coaching was developed and tested at the University of Basel.
Our coaches are trained as personal health coaches at or in cooperation with the University of Basel.
