1:1 Coaching

• approx. 8 personal coaching sessions
• Development of individual solution strategies
• by telephone or video

Coaching journal

• Documentation of the entire coaching process by the coach
• Personalized knowledge recommendations
• Provision of suitable workouts, recipes, literature, etc.
• Support with personal exercise and nutrition planning

• Secure communication and storage options
