The social support that arises within the group plays a decisive role in achieving long-term behavioral changes. Individual efforts often fail due to a lack of motivation or a lack of exchange with others who are overcoming similar challenges.
In our coaching sessions, we still see a lot of uncertainty about the menopause. The terminology alone leads to confusion and it is often difficult to get the right support. We have therefore taken Menopause Day as an opportunity to launch an online webinar series.

Many women feel left alone when it comes to the menopause. We would like to counteract this and offer group coaching. Health coach Ursina Schmid provides support in the areas of symptom management, nutrition, exercise and mental health.
You start the group coaching with a holistic health analysis based on a questionnaire. Further assessments are integrated into the coaching process.
A certified personal health coach motivates and accompanies you and the group for 3 months and works with you to develop solutions to effectively change long-standing habits.
Every two weeks, you will be in contact with your group coach and the group via video call using MS Teams. Together with the coach, you analyze your behavior and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
You will receive a digital coaching journal to document your progress, insights and interesting facts.
You also have the opportunity to stay in contact with the group coach or the group via chat between coaching sessions.
The coaching is based on scientifically recognized behavioural change techniques and was developed and tested at the University of Basel.
“Enjoying healthy” is more than just a change in diet – it is your individual journey to an active lifestyle and therefore a better quality of life. On this journey, you will be expertly accompanied by personal health coach Matthias Zedi and also benefit from the social support of the group. The coaching is planned to build on each other. We therefore recommend attending all coaching sessions. The written content will also be delivered in your absence.
