One in three people in Switzerland suffers from mental health problems (CSS Health Study 2023). It is therefore important to recognize such problems early on and to address and deal with them correctly as a personal health coach.
In the training course with Lidija Jovic, you will experience mental health using practical examples as well as in relation to yourself, entertainingly peppered with exercises and food for thought.
You install your warning lights and develop your catalog of questions to meet those affected at eye level and in a helpful way. Inspired by new perspectives, in-depth questions and useful tips, you will develop the perfect tools for your own mental health and for your work as a coach.

In accordance with the EMR regulations, confirmation of continuing education hours is only issued if the event is attended live. However, recordings of the online modules will be made available to all registered persons.
Cancellation policy:
The following applies to the on-site module: 50% of the course costs will be refunded up to one month before the event. After that, the full amount will be charged.
The following applies to the online modules: If it is not possible to attend an online event live, the recording with the slides of the event will be made available. However, no training hours can be awarded in this case. No costs will be refunded.
SalutaCoach AG may make changes to the program due to illness or absence of the instructors. In this case, participants will be informed prior to the event.
