The coaching method is based on a holistic approach – sport and exercise, nutrition and stress regulation. In regular videoc

you develop individual solutions with your personal coach.ual solutions, that are perfectly tailored to your life situation. Yours Coach is always at your side (e.g. short messages) and additionally you are supported by an interactive coaching app. Personal Health Coaching was developed and tested at the University of Basel and is based on behavior change techniques. A personal health coach has three years of basic training (z. B. B.Sc.. Sports knowledgestion, physiotherapy, psychology, etc.) and completes a one-year training course to become a personal health coach.
Studies have shown that programs are particularly successful when they address various factors, such as diet, exercise and mental health (Magnani et al., 2018; Umpierre et al., 2011). Health coaching uses this holistic approach by always initiating change at different levelsn. This can also create positive interactions and accelerate success.
Humans are made for movement. Or to put it another way; movement is the only means to prevent inactivity. Exercise should not be confused with sport. Even everyday activities such as walking, running up and down stairs or mowing the lawn count as exercise. Movement activates the muscles, which in turn increases blood flow and not only brings oxygen to the target muscles, but also also removes waste products from the cells. Exercise also requires more energy and various hormones are released, which on the one hand regulate our weight management, but also help against depressive moods and even strengthen our immune system. Through exercise blood vessels adapt to the constant strainbecome more efficient and less susceptible to heart attacks. In addition to all the physiological effects of exercise regular use of the muscles also means that they remain flexible and do not shorten, which in turn prevent muscular complaints or joint pain such as osteoarthritis.can be reduced. In short, regular exercise has many measurable effects in our body.
If you go to a personal trainer twice a week and do your training, your exercise activity depends on the coach. As soon as you stop going to the personal trainer, you lack the motivation to exercise again.
The Personal Health Coach does not carry out the training with you, but works with you to change your behavior so that you can maintain your physical activity in the long term even after the coaching has ended. In addition, a healthy lifestyle depends not only on exercise behavior, but is also influenced by other factors such as diet and stress. Therefore, all three areas must be taken into account for sustainable change.
Personal Health Coaches all have many years of training in the areas of exercise, nutrition and mental health and have a standardized certification that allows the coaching to be covered by your supplementary insurance.
For telephone or video coaching fall You can do the coaching from the comfort of your own home. Studies have also shown that telephone coaching comparable effects to on-site coaching. on-site coaching.
Through healthy behavior you can reduce your weight in the long term, feel more energetic in everyday life and have fewer physical complaints. It has also been proven that healthy behavior with sufficient exercise, a healthy diet and little stress can prevent many chronic diseases such as heart attacks, high blood pressure and diabetes.
However, unhealthy behaviors develop gradually and when the first effects become apparent, it is often difficult to change these behaviors. A personal health coach helps you to recognize these behaviors through an outside perspective and a clear analysis and, above all, to initiate decisive changes in direction so that you can change your behavior.
Personal Health Coaching for 6 months costs only 182.- per month. This price includes a long-lasting and personal contact with one of the well-trained coaches.
You usually spend more per month on a car than a personal health coaching session would cost
